YEARLING BITCH. 1st, Sumners Ballyphelan Jeni Jones,
beautiful well grown bitch, strong without any coarseness. Liked her head shape and clean strong neckline. Would like a little more forechest. Good front angulation, deep brisket of correct width, well ribbed back, impressed by her well muscled powerful hindquarters, using her her low set hocks to advantage, lovely harsh coat and shown in excellent condition. A little unsettled in front action but profile movement excellent.

POSTGRADUATE BITCH. 2nd, Sumners Ballyphelan The Raven
Stunning, very houndy outline standing. Lovely head on strong elegant arched neck, good front angulation, flowing top and underline, strong wide hindquarters, correct tail set and carriage, lovely balance throughout and height to length ratio, moved very well in profile with particularly strong rear action.

Crufts 2008

We had a quite good day at the Crufts 2008. We went to the show with Ballyphelan Jeni Jones and Ballyphelan The Raven. The girls looked fantastic and showed and moved extremely well. We had so many nice comments from the German, Dutch, Slovakian and Swedish visitors. The quality of the entry was very high this year. We had a huge ring so it really sorted out the dogs that looked good but couldnt move excellent. So see now the pictures of our girls at Crufts 2008.
